Hours And Scheduling

We currently offer barn visits with veterinarian referral. Our barn location is a private boarding facility with authorized personnel only so if your bringing your horse to us we need barn management approval before hand and a clear Coggins sent to us before you arrive. Since horses don't wear watches our sessions go according to their plan . Allow 75- 90 minutes for each session .Just like humans some horses actually don't want to have a massage during that time . If that's the case the human can use any of the remaining time in their session . 

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Since I currently use texting as our method of scheduling appointments as well as session treatment notes you will have my number - 302-898-5143 

I like to start off with an assessment form to see if we are the right fit. I also have the client health care form I'll need signed on digital text that we discussed care . If you are under a doctors care at all for any condition I'll need you to obtain consent. I am a licensed massage therapist and certain diagnoses require the direction of your doctor .

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

 I work at various locations, doctors office appointments are available which includes regenerative medicine and chiropractic as well as medical treatment. If there is a health issue or medical concern we can schedule there. If your looking for a day of beauty including hair and makeup services I work at a salon and spa as well and can refer you to a stylist.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
